The purpose of the AMC (Actively Managed Certificate) Uplift - High Yield Short Term is to invest in high-yield secured Private Debt instruments issued by high potential listed small and mid-cap companies with a focus on Technology, Consumer and Clean Energy.

The holding period of each underlying Private Debt instrument is 4 months roll-over, with a target IRR of 8% per annum. The AMC allows monthly liquidity.
