Capital Système Investissements advises Alis Technologies on capital increase

The Canadian IT firm Alis Technologies is a global leader in multilingual information management solutions and services. Capital Système Investissements, who is advising Alis Technologies on its fund raising of 4.0 M€, has successfully closed a second tranche of 1m€. A first tranche of 1.5m€ has been placed in July 2003. A third tranche of 1.5m€ is currently being placed.
Both placements have been underwritten by two Swiss private banks, Sarasin and Clariden, an important French family office and Banexi Communication, the investment fund.
