We draw attention to the fact that the published basket value (NAV) calculated by CAPITAL SYSTÈME can differ significantly from the transaction price of AMC shares. This is due to different calculation methods used by ISPartners Investment Solutions AG (ISP) and CAPITAL SYSTÈME to calculate the NAV. Whereas CAPITAL SYSTÈME’s NAV calculation is used for the publication in the fact sheet, ISP’s NAV calculation is relevant for any transactions of AMC shares.
